    Cutting and napping?

Is there aanything wrong with like napping after a meanl, or just napping in the middle of the day when your trying to cutt? Sometimes I eat lunch then take a 2 hour nap, always kinda wondered if there is anything bad with that since i was under the conclusion your digestion or metabolism slows down while sleeping? But I dont really know lol....any info helps thanks

I think it is best not to nap after a meal especially as it slows your metab. I have the same issue after I eat and I try to win that temptation of napping.

I wouldn't worry about napping. Rest is a must when your a weight lifter. Take your nap, wake up refreshed and get on with your day.

This. Napping doesn't necessarily slow your metabolism. Metabolism is much more complex than "it slows when you sleep." It's more about your hormones, circadian rhythms, what your body is accustomed to, etc. Worst case scenario is that you build muscle while you sleep

yea if your cutting eat a light snack or light meal then jog or at least do push ups get your heart rate up work up a sweat in a sweat suit then go under ur blankets to nap. this is great to keep the food from turning into fat and cutting serious water weight for wrestling
