I'm looking to save some money and not continue with my gym membership
-i'm moving to a new apartment with a gym that has the basics.
Incline/flat/shoulder press machine
Lat Pulldown/Row Machine
Leg extension/Leg Curl Machine
-bench with dumbells totalling up to 50lbs
-cardio equipment
-I've been doing some low volume Heavy Training for a year now with compound movements
-Would a GVT program benefit me? Or is there something else i could try?
