Neglect legs and lats/back. Isolate every other body part. Bulk using mass gainers + "clean" carbs (since dirty carbs make u into fatz nomsaiyan?) + no carbs after 6(there's a timer in your body that goes off at 6 oclock which automatically turns all carbs into fat.) Cut eating a slice of bread for a month. You're good to go.
