    Good schedule and also if anyone wants to throw out some good workouts I should be doing, post it in here.

    i find hitting shoulder after a chest day extremely hard because the shoulder is worked out on chest workout movements such as incline BB bench/flat. so i prefer chest/tri back/bi legs/shoulder
