finally almost got dem 16 inch arms!
No one ever set their sights on second place. Who aspires to be almost remembered? There's a reason there are no giant foam fingers that say we're number 3. No one wants to tell an average joke, make an underwhelming entrance, go out with a whimper. No one ever stood in front the mirror with a hairbrush pretending to be the tambourine player, and there are definitely more kids dressed as batman then there are robin. We all aspire.

a pitifully low number... most i ever squated was 255 and that was on a smith machine! and i never maxed on deadlifts. tbh except for a few months ago i was basically just a curl bro. i squat 200 5 times for 4 sets. and deadlift 200 5 times for 4 sets too. i dont think i have proper deadlift form tho. my lower back ends up hurtingOriginally Posted by 7399martyn

Only working out arms is stupid! Got to work whole body. Make it aesthetic and go together. You don't want big arms with small chest, no back, weak legs...
