Hi everyone.
This is my first post. I'm a 30 yr old 5'7, 185lb guy who wants to shed some pounds. The only equipment I have is a treadmill, a medicine ball and a punching bag. I'm not looking to go to the gym as my time is very limited but I can't stand using the treadmill anymore.
I've been following a few channels on youtube. I have found one that has a lot of good exercises, by a guy named Mike Chang. I figured before I spend the 97 bucks for his program, I figured let me post on here to see if I can (with the help of the community) put together a nice fat burning cardio workout using mostly body weight exercises.
I'm focused on losing weight, so I've changed my diet and while having a six pack is great, it's not even on my radar right now. I just want to shed these pounds.
Following this youtube channel, I started doing burpees, push ups, planks and stuff like that, but I really would like to have a solid workout to follow and to know how often I should be doing this work out.
Any suggestions of a program that you'd recommend, or a list of exercises to do?

I have the original (bodyweight) deck and it makes for a fun workout every so often ( I usually use a full home gym). To kick it into circuit training territory just cut the rest between exercises and sets.
