Gym mishmash...
After the meet I was sick with some sinus cold crap so I took a week off from the gym. Decided to go without a plan tonight and just have fun and move about. The whole thing took me an hour.
clean and press: 75lbs 5x5
goodmornings: 115lbs 5x5
glute bridges: 135lbs 5x5 - holding tension throughout the reps.
dumbbell bench: 30lbs 5x5
waiterwalks: 25lbs 2 widths of the gym. 5x5 each arm
standing cable crunches: 70lbs 3x12
tricep cable pulldown: 40lbs 3x8
machine leg extension: 80lbs 3x8
front squats: 65lbs 5x5 -in the whole and popping out

speed deadlifts: 135 x5, 155 x5, 185 5x5
straight leg deadlifts: 135lbs 5x5
goblet squat 60lbs 3x12
legpress 4 plates total 3x8
corner barbell press 35lbs plate 3x10
barbell lunges 65lbs 5x5 each leg
v-crunches with medicine ball throw 10lbs 3x12
ghetto ghr 5x5

Derp. I found myself on there reading old articles on DC Training. Its how I found that website to begin with. I have to laugh that many of their old relationships with the men who wrote those articles went up in flames long ago. Oh they banned Way now that he's sick and withdrew from his comp so won't be as noticed not updating his competition thread LMFAo.
