how long u been lifting? whats ur routine like? lifts?
this pretty much my goal physique
i started with 13.. so 9 years now
at the moment my routine is:
day one: Chest/Biceps abs
day two: abs/cardio
day three: Back/Calves
day four: abs /cardio
day five: Shoulder/tri/abs
day six: abs/regeneration
day seven: legs/abs
In your last picture your legs look like sticks compared with the rest of your body, looks very johny bravo! Really need to work on them wheels. BUT other half of your body looks spot, No hate or anything , just my opinion, which you asked for.
heavy squats good sir will solve your wheel issues. And if you wanna bring them up you'd have to work them out more than once a week. if you wanna catch them up to your upper body id try a powerlifting program. it will help your chest too.

Dude. That is some serious work and crazy inspiration/motivation. Wish I could say that's where I started getting ready for summer! Really impressed. Was going to take today off. Thanks for ruining that plan for me.
Looking good dude, your core is shredded as hell. Did you recently cut? And if so what was your cutting diet like?
i dont dont make special cutting diets ,its all about reducing carbs and calories intake per day when u want to get in shape.. When u eat to much a day then do more cardio/hit. Its important for me to eat very clean all over the year(one cheatmeal a week)
