I don't if i have gyn or not, cause I still have belly fat and a few fats.. If this picture tells that i have a gyno.. is it really that bad? Do i need a surgery to look good when i bulk up soon ?

Looks like you have an extremely mild case, I wouldn't worry about it

do a long bulk/cut cycle and see what you look like in a years time. then decide if you need surgery or not

Would gyno be referring to man boobs?? Only gyno I know of is a gynecologist. Other than that, never heard the term used for any other thing especially relating to a dude.

hmmm? I believe Gyno refers to the growth of breast tissue usually associated with roid use / puberty ?
