Any tips on how to get back into keto quickly after carb up?

Maybe its just a mental thing but i feel like it helps me burn up any extra carbs during the fast. then im good to go.
For instance, i carbed up all day yesterday and i stopped last night. i fasted all day and ate a few keto things and bam, im back in keto as of now. i must be doing something right i suppose.Professional Athlete Crew

I just started back on Keto after a bulk, and after a heavy whole body workout monday, I was back in Ketosis by tuesday evening. Didnt modify my diet, just lifted heavy and wrecked every muscle group.
I think after a while dipping in and out of ketosis, it becomes easier to flip the switch. I did 4 months of keto with fortnightly carb ups, and towards the end was getting back in faster each time, as a result I went to weekly carbs ups as I could reliably be secreting ketones for 4 days in 7.
