Hey guys I was just wondering if I should cut or bulk first. I am 6'4" and 215 lbs. The problem is, I don't know my bodyfat percentage. I do know that my problem area is my midsection but its not really noticeable if I wear the right kind of shirts. Also, If possible, please provide sample daily meal plans for me, as it is very hard to eat 5-6 small meals a day because I'm still in high school. I will be returning to the gym starting Monday and will be strength training MWF. Also, is doing cardio (ex. 30 min. treadmill) on Tuesdays and Thursdays a good idea or not?

Basically, you should really bulk first if you have never hit the gym before before cutting unless you/re really fat and overweight.
Cardio burns a lot of calories so if you are going to be bulking you gotta make up for that with calorie dense foods if you are gonna be fool (peanut butter, olive oil, nuts, seeds, whatever it may be)
