I started the diet almost 6 months ago, my weight was 96kg, during the first couple months my weight dropped to 82 kg. I then stopped the diet because an injury. my weight reached now 85. Now I'm trying to loss 15kg in three months. In the first couple months in which i lost the weight, I was using Oxy Elite and it worked nicely. after the injury, I used clean patrol 0.4 and I can not notice the change even though it said that its the best fat burner.
Now I need your advise about what products should I be taking, the diet that I should be doing, and the exercises.
