Helpfull advice here:

she's 16 and most likely she'll grow out of that phase, in the mean time you have to understand and get to know why is she acting like that, it's pretty obvious she is craving for atenttion due to low self-esteem, beating/grounding her or atacking the guys talking with her won't help, it will only agraviate the problem.

Talk to her, get her to read good literature (avoid self-help bs), get to know why she is like that, is the only way to prevent her from turning into a bigger slut.

Get her to read this book, srs. Every problem teen should read it, if she gets into it it will help a lot more than any psychologist
