Jay-Z and a bunch of artist got together because they hate spotify, created a new streaming service. cost $10 (poverty quality) or you can pay $20 for hi-fi (their marketing term for HD). Jay-Z says that unlike their competitors more of the money will go directly to its artists. The people on stage are the owners of Tidal.
It's basically a bunch of multi-millionairs begging for more money. And they did it in a fashion that looks like some illumnati sht.
Ironically while radiohead plays, even though they're not there, and they hate this kind of sht more than anyone.
Then these ******* owners get on twitter and tell their followers to change their profile picture like theres to show that they're on board to join their cult
Smaller indie bands (essentially anyone not on the stage) will get the same amount of royalties as spotify, unless you get the $20 which they get double the royalties.

I agree OP, it's pissening.
But I had to chuckle when you said: "hi-fi (their marketing term for HD)" -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_fidelity

Are you ready? "Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins. (John 8:24).

shhh no tears, his marketing might work since the general population doesn't know that it's nearly impossible to hear the difference between WAV and a 320kbps MP3 that other streamers use. So you're essentially paying double the price for nothing.
But based off the videos comments, the service will will flop in 6 months.

Seriously, anyone that already got Spotify should feel ashamed for switching to Tidal. Spotify have tried hard to bring as much stuff they can over to them and they provide a good service. The selection of music is almost guaranteed to be chittier and the only reason anyone would ever go to Tidal would be because they want to give these already filthy rich artists more money. Jay Z bought a fukkin golden rocking horse for their baby that cost more than what my entire family have ever earned (ok maybe not but still filthy much, 600k) so, it's like, why the fuk would you want to give these guys even more money?
