If you perorder through Blizzard you can download the client before the 15th then when it turns May 15 you just have to do a quick install to finish

I pre-ordered the digital version...you just download it, much easier imo

can't believe all the bitching going on ITT, it's going to be an amazing game. it's been 12 years since D2, and 16 since D1.... of course it's not going to capture exactly the same tone. it's still an incredibly faithful sequel considering the time that's passed.

Haha, d2jsp ftw. AP = WoW annual pass. I don't have it, but my bro does. YOu basically say you will pay for WoW $15/mon for 1 year and you get D3 for free.

So when you buy the AP you can download D3, but not play/install it. However, if you pre-order it right now, you can also download D3, but can't play/install until midnight of release

that actually sounds really cool. I haven't played the game, or seen much footage (dont want to spoiler the experience). I didn't know they could dual wield or use shields. Always thought they were more ninja like lol, jumping around punching ****.

Well they do punch sh*t still, but you aren't forced into your class weapons. Fist weapons are Monk Only which means I'm sure higher level uniques will push you towards them, but by no means are you stuck using them.

And the self rez thing is more of an automatic thing. There's a passive skill that basically restores you back to 35% hp when you would have otherwise died. Sounds too sexy to be true for Hardcore.

I wasn't impressed with the DH up to 13, but no one knows how it will fair later. I mean, did the sorceress not suck at lvl 13?

There's a passive skill that basically restores you back to 35% hp when you would have otherwise died. Sounds too sexy to be true for Hardcore.

It will probably be viable for hardcore as well, but at a cost of a long ass cooldown.

The disc will be compatible with both, thats how it was for SC2. Blizzard's always been very good about supporting mac (simultaneous release ftw ).
