People listen up, I'm about 6'3 180-185, it fluctuates, and I'd like to get up to 190-195 while losing body fat in the process. I'd say I'm about 11% right now , lines on my abs, veins on my arms, some striations on chest, and I'd like to get up to 190 or so with about 9% fat. Is this even possible?! Thanks for the suggestions

its possible...keep your protein intake high, lift heavy, and do cardio everyday...you wont lose muscle and you can still gain some lean body tissue. Try taking some creatine mono.
