Height: 6'3
Weight: 192
Bf%: 12-13
Bench: 215
Squat: 295
Power Clean: 215
Deadlifts: 330

My guess would be nearing the end of beginner.
If you are eating enough to support growth, can you add weight to the bar every session? If yes then you are a beginner, if no then intermediate.My Journal (RIP 05/11 - 09/13):

While that table provides a good rule of thumb, I find the numbers to be pretty low. All my lifts are between Advanced and Elite, but I consider myself an Intermediate lifter.
A better way to tell is how quickly you can progress:
Daily: beginner
Weekly: intermediate
Monthly: advanced
