    Wednesday:

    Bench (3x5): 65 lbs
    Squat (3x5): 110 lbs
    Deadlift (1x5): 135 lbs
    Bicep curls-DB(3x10): 15 lbs

    Interval 1600m warmup
    Suicides (3 sets)
    Jump squats
    Shotput drill
    Pushup into 30 yd sprint (2 sets)
    Squat jump into 30 yd sprint
    Suicides (1 set)
    20 pushups
