Foot was in a bit of pain today, decent amount of bruising and swelling. didnt do anything today and just rested
Had training tonight, did some ball control work. foot was still tender so after 20mins of playing a small sided game i called it quits and helped the goal keepers out with their practice. running on it is fine now, just didnt want to risk anything.
Did nothing today as it is ANZAC day and nothing is open. just a bit of stretching and that was it.
