Trying to lose ten to fifteen pounds in 3 months
Hey im a 6 foot 230 pound football player. Im trying to lose about ten pounds as quickly as possible, any diet tips someone could give me? I lift 5 days a week

Try cutting between 500-700 calories from your diet and high intensity intervals for fat loss.The lifting will keep your metabolism high as well..Good Luck

Hey man, if your 5'10 and 230 Pounds that does not seem very healthy, but i do not have any pictures to see how much muscle you have. do you feel/look pretty overweight? Maybe you could give me more details on why you just want to lose 10 pounds... Because i could easily give you intructions on how to do that in 3 weeks.
