These are true. I have/had a good physique to the average gym goer as I was lean but had enough mass with quite an aesthetic shape (and OK quads/amazing quads in the eyes of most gym goers who don't train their legs) but to people more serious about lifting/people into BB'ing I'm essentially a fairly lean guy with joocy delts and decent abs genetics.
This. And thanks! Smudge_'s physique looks amazing and thebearman has a sick physique IRL. Thick.Solid.Tight.
Fair enough. I have good genetics in that I don't lose strength easily and I can gain lean mass quite well when my training and diet is really consistent. But those who know me IRL also know that I lose size and condition quite quickly if training and diet slips for a little while.
On the way back now though so that's all that matters
Though you have called me out a few times in the past!
-Called out for gear/PH/clen use several times
-Asked me to measure quads about 4 times
-Then accused me of having a leg pump when I provided several different measurements!
I imagine there's a couple more but meh
Yeah AWG's chest beasts mine mass/shape wise. It's nice having a big bench but I'd trade my strength for more mass on my chest any day.
Never thought I'd say this, but you, Empeh and Joe are three guys off the internet who I'd love to cook and eat with IRL.
