I'm more impressed by Frank Yang though. He did 58' and I think he said he had 60' in him. Considering Yang is like 5'8 and Tom Martin looks 6'+.

change it up, im doing the above now instead of weighted dips, skulls, pushdowns and close grip bench, makes a nice change
