    Actual box jumps are scary though. As in the ones you see Joe DeFranco guys use 'cause it looks so unstable.

    I do them on judo mats that are very nicely stacked at a good height. :P

    - skullcrusher superset same weight with cgbb
    - french press ohh lawwwd dat stretch
