How many of you use a fat burner (such as OxyElite Pro) while building muscle? Does this work on a moderate cal diet?
I want to continue lifting heavy on my 6 day split, and seeing muscle gains, but I also want to beak down my stubborn bodyfat with out going on a caloric deficit.
My diet isn't strict in any since, I did however stop shovelling pasta down my throat when I found out that carbs = fat.
I normally eat about 3-4 times a day at about 400 cals each meal.
I don't do cardio, nor do I wish to have a cardio routine.
I am on a 6 day split routine as below: Working each group for 1 hour.
Sun: Arms
Mon: Legs
Tues: Chest
Wed: Back
Thurs: Shoulders
Fri: Cross Training
Sat: Rest
Supplement Timing
Breakfast - Whey Protein/Multi (would like to add a fat burner)
Lunch - BCAA, Fish Oil
Pre Workout - Gamma Labs PTF
Dinner - Post workout supp (creatine/whey/casien)
Does anyone have experience dealing with this type of plan? Any proven results or logs? Thnx.

Its called a recomp, its pretty common. My personal preference is to bulk in the winter than cut in the spring, yields better gains.

If I were you, Id cut weight(4 week cut at <2lbs a week) than do a nice long clean bulk

I may be able to start a clean bulk soon, I deploy in a week, so the diet will be strict that's for sure. But I am hesitant to try and cut, because even if I promise myself that I will do a clean bulk, there is no way I will know if It will succeed.. And I have spent a lot of time gaining this muscle mass, I don't want the time going to waste on a cut.

Clean bulking is never easy, its all a game of guess and check until you hit that sweet spot.
