I bought some supplements back in april of 2011 but I never got around to using them and shortly there-after quit my gym membership. Well I'm wanting to get back into the gym and I saw my supplements and the earliest they expire is 9-12. I was told if creatine sits for a long time it will turn into kre-at-tin (how ever you spell that word). the supplements are 4 of them, Cell-Tech, N.O. Xplode, 100% whey standard, and Amino Acid (horse pills). They have been in the cabinet for almost a year. You guys still think they are any good re-guardless of what the expiration date says?
They have been sitting there for almost a year, didn't know if the effectiveness goes down or product quality goes down and even possible being bad for your health since been sitting there for almost a year. Any insight or feedback would be appreciated.
Would "YOU" still use them?

Funny thing i just learned abit ago,
Expiration dates are based on taste rather than when the stuff actually expires
P.S. - For vitamins id just throw that stuff out, its cheap anyways.
For my xtend tubs that I stopped using around 8-months ago, i bought 4of them around November of 2010 , i just started them again to finish them off these past 2-months
Any old whey i would just throw out.
At most alot of $hit will just look dehydrated/flat/non-fresh
but at your own risk.
