    what does it take to get under 10 percent body fat and how long ?

    i know this is a big question
    but the thing is im at 11.8 percent bodyfat and im just wondering what it will take to get under the magic 10%
    im doing carb cycling at the moment
    monday-high
    tuesday-low
    wendesday-medium
    thursday-low
    friday-high

    Really differs from person to person. I am not an expert on Carb cycling by any means but it can be very effective if done correctly. I have also read that removing breads and other gluten sources can help you shed extra body fat, worth a try. I guess just make sure diet is perfect and that you are doing cardio regularly along with intense lifting schedule

    Get on a fat burner and do some HIIT combined with carb cycling and probably about a month or two

    -Cardio Is not not needed only for its cardiovascular health.
    Doesn't matter what your doing or what your eating. CALORIES OUT VS IN.
