I've got to do some cardio for the Army tests it's only 1.5 mile jogs that I plan to finnish in 7-9 minutes
But I'm going to be doing it 4 times a week
Is that bad for muscle or will it be fine? I've heard some people say its bad for muscle...
I'm eating 3k calories how much should I raise that on my jogging days if I should?

Cardio is benificial for your cardiovascular system, which supplies nutrients to your muscles. So cardio is good for muscle. What people mean (or what they don't know they mean, but is true) is that cardio burns calories, so you have to eat more calories to maintain or gain muscle. I'm not sure how many calories are burned in ~7-9 minutes of jogging, but I would think an extra 200 calories would do it. If your weight is correct (125) and your pace is correct (about 10 miles per hour if it takes 9 minutes to run 1.5 miles) then you would burn 136 calories.
