Yooo BodyBuilding.com!! Im fairly new here and fairly new at lifting. Been lifting for about 4 months to build muscle. Im 186 lbs with 19.8% Body Fat. Im chuncky lol, not enough to be fat but I am fat n im 28 goin on 29 so I need to get my ass in shape!*
I started out using the Optimum Nutrition (ON) Whey Gold Standard from GNC $44 as a "hot buy" lol. Its been a hot buy for years! That along with GNC pro performance creatine daily and multi vitamins from target. Well my budget changed and a friend told me about body fortress whey at walmart and for the price I was like what the hell. Well after months now I feel that I saw more change with the ON whey than the body fortress but then again I was probably taking more then. I cut down to 2 or 3 a day max.
Well Im here to ask your opinions on Whey, for the price what should I use to build more muscle or should I switch to another formula? If so which one? Or should I uptake the whey n stick to body fortress?*
Well thanks for your time, any n all feed back I will consider and appreciate.
Thanks

You dont need protein. You need proper nutrition and proper training.
If you're going to buy a Protein Supplement look into a quality blend like Trutein, Protean, XF or Myofusion.Xtreme Formulations Aficionado

Diet builds muscle. Protein powders should only be used when you cannot eat enough protein to hit your macros for the day
