Extreme Weight Fluctuation

So I was about 12% bodyfat and got lazy and lost dedication.

^ Before @ 12% I think was at ~56-57 kg ish. I'm 5'3-5'4 ish.

In over a period of a month I gained 8kg up to 65. Totally insane.

So I decided to cut, eating at around 1500-1700 calories, but not clean. For example a packet of potato chips is stated at 300 calories, 2 eggs about 180 calories etc. I eat when I'm hungry.

I've been doing cardio about 2 miles / 3 km for 4 days or so for 1 month. My weight can fluctuate now from 61kg to 65kg but I have lost about an inch of waistline. What's the deal omg.
