hanging leg raises or weighted crunches first?

if my abs routine consists of: 3x15-20 hanging leg raises and 3x15-20 weighted crunches, then which should i do first?

if that helps: i have pretty big lower abs compared to upper part

Personally I don't think it really matters which of those exercises you do first.

As long as your doing controlled reps for each set the order of your exercise won't make a huge difference.

You could always superset the 2 exercises for a good burn. If your doing that many reps of hanging leg raises you could also add some ankle weights. I would say the leg raises first, but even better would be to switch it up so the abs dont get use to it one way.
