if my abs routine consists of: 3x15-20 hanging leg raises and 3x15-20 weighted crunches, then which should i do first?
if that helps: i have pretty big lower abs compared to upper part

Personally I don't think it really matters which of those exercises you do first.
As long as your doing controlled reps for each set the order of your exercise won't make a huge difference.Team MuscleTech Rep

MONDAY:
Squats 5x5-10
Leg Extensions: 3x15
Stiff leg Deads 4x10 (plates under toes)
TUESDAY:
Incline DB Press 4x6-10
Weighted Dips 4x6-10
Hammer Strength machine Bench Press 3x6-10
Cambered bar Skullcrushers 4x6-10
THURSDAY:
Weighted Chins 3x4-6 (neutral grip)
BB Rows 3x6-8
Deadlifts 3x8-10
Cable rows 3x10-12
BB Curl 4x8-12
FRIDAY:
Seated BB Press 3x6
Seated DB Press 2x8-10
Cable Laterals 3x10-12
Standing Calf Raise 4x10 (slow reps)
