    The Ultimate breakfast shake!!!! saves time and mess

    Sick of eating eggs whites and oats eeeevvvery single morning massive meals before work struggle to eat and breakfast becomes a mission???Ive just started bulking again and instead of eating 10 egg whites bowl of oats toast fruit etc i created a shake which has roughly 800-1000 calories im guestimating. Heres whats in it.

    300-400ML of lowfat milk
    1 tblsp espresso coffee
    2 tblsp honey
    3 tblsp natural peanut butter
    1 cup oats
    1 cup egg whites

    You may have to configure this because the concoxition usually will overfill a shaker lol

    Blend this bad boy its soo simple it gives you your morning kick all your protein healthy fats carbs a little bit of sweetness and tastes great. Not too much mess and no getting up an hour early just to make breakfast i usually make this the night before and have it with some toast in the morning.

    If I had 1000 calories to blow, I'd rather eat a huge cut of steak or a pint of Ben & Jerry's, rather than waste it a generic, seemingly unpalatable shake. Even if I was in the mood for a shake I could go get a frosty from Wendy's, mix in some protein powder, and still come in under that calorie cap.

    That much oatmeal? What's the consistency like? Do you put it in the blender? I think I'd way rather just make my oatmeal with milk and add the honey and pb to that and eat the eggs separately...

    OP, I think you're one if the few on this forum that actually would eat the same breakfast of oats and egg whites every morning. I also enjoy how much effort you put into the calories and macros of your shake (guesstimate)
    Ditch your meal plan and develop a diet that combines sound nutrition with the foods you enjoy by eating when you see fit in the portions that allow you to achieve your macronutrient and caloric needs while providing sufficient micronutrients, energy and satiety. One can never forget that nutrition is a tool, not a restraint; the enjoyment of life should always come first. Psychological, sociological and emotional health should never be threatened by the attempt to increase physiological health.

    I kinda do this except not the same stuff but I usually have a breakfast shake because I can't eat in the morning for some reason.
    My shake has
    16oz whole milk
    1 banana
    1 scoop trutein
    2tbl PB
    1 cup of oats
    Usually around 1000cals and I'm out the door. Easier for me on weekdays. On the weekends though I usually have a fully cooked breakfast!

    ill sometimes make a shake if in a rush. 1-2 cups milk, scoop of whey, 1-3 srv of all whites, tbsp pb.

    lately though im loving an omelet with a few slices bacon on top with a side of milk.
    Used to be fat, now just fat with a lot of muscle.

    wow i cant believe sooo many haters lmao... look the idea is instead of cooking up a massive breakfast every morning to combine everything you eat into an easy digestible shake. As if anyone gets off on eating 10 egg whites 1cup of oatmeal bread etc every single morning. The foods listed are all healthy and bodybuilding foods found in many pros diets. For the record you cant even taste the egg whites its for protein content. The honey makes it sweet and nice to drink this almost tastes like a snickers protein shake... Instead of hateing it go and make one then come back here and tell me its gross
