I am planning on going from 15% to 10% body fat and I am going to be doing the typical carb cycling approach. The plan I am doing is from Hugo Rivera and basically it is 3 days low one day high. For my low carb days I am going to be doing 45 minutes of stationary biking and on high carb days full body lifts. What do you guys think? My routine will look like this( diet included).
Sunday- Cardio(167 gr protein, 110 gr carbs, 47 gr fat) 1550 calories
Monday-Same
Tuesday-Same
Wednesday- Bench 3x6-8, Pull-ups 3xmax, Military Press 3x6-8, Chin-ups 3xmax, Tricep extension 2x8-10, Bicep Curl 2x8-10, followed by HIIT 30 sec run 30 sec jog on treadmill(172 gr protein, 260 gr carbs, 42 fat) 2110 calories
Thursday-Cardio(167 gr protein, 110 gr carbs, 47 gr fat)
Friday-Same
Saturday- Squat 3x5, Incline Bench 3x6-8, Dumbbell Rows 3x6-8, Lateral Raise 3x6-8, Lat Pulldown 3x6-8,(172 gr protein, 260 gr carbs, 42 fat)
Sunday-Cardio(167 gr protein, 110 gr carbs, 47 gr fat)
