Hey guys, been reading through quite a bit recently and had a question. I'm doing pretty good on my weight loss and still keeping up my strength, but I was wondering if I could get any tips for my lower abdominal region and pelvic area (hips). My legs, arms, pecs, and traps/back are coming along quite nicely, and this is probably the largest area I need work in. I know abs are more dependent on low BF% but I was wondering if it was the same deal with the entire lower half of the stomach area. I really want to try to get those pelvic/hip lines to complete the beach body look in a couple months. I'll give some background info now, I'm about 6 foot, 179 lbs now, not sure of my BF%. I use animal rage/c4 pre workout, MusclePharm ReCon post, Whey protein post, and Casein every now and again when I know I'll be missing a meal. I workout 5 days a week, mostly just lifting weights for about an hour, and mix in a little cardio/abs twice a week. Diets not the best, but still pretty decent for my lifestyle. Any and all tips/workouts to add would be much appreciated!
The last part of what you said.. Diet is not the best but decent... What does that mean? Anyway, hanging leg raises always get my lower abs to freak out.
