I would recommend doing hanging leg raises, slow and controled movement. Try to slant your body slightly like you see me doing in the vid and then raise them up as high as u can, for multiple reps. The slightly slanted body will get abs engaged at all times and eliminate hip flexors and momentum. Another thing i did to help me get better at getting feet all the way to the bar is get your feet up to the bar, then do a partial movement away from the bar, and right back to it. That will help work the upper part of the movement.
