Im pretty skinny and wish to gain good mass! Im doing 2 x kickboxing a week so I already burn alot cal. I can only train 3 days a week and I find a fullbody to boring/long, so wonder if I could split it up like this:
Workout A, chest, shoulder, triceps:
- BB benchpress 3x8
- DB incline benchpress 3x8
- DB shoulderpress 3x8
- lateral raises 3x8
- dips 3xmax rep
- tricep cable pushdown
Workout B, leg, back, bicep:
- squat 3x8
- leg curl 3x8
- deadlift 3x8
- BB bent over rows 3x8
- eZ preacher curl 3x8
- DB hammer curl 3x8
doing it:
week 1:
mon: A
wed: B
fri: A
week 2:
mon: B
wed: A
fri: B
tues, thurs: doing kickboxing 1hr.
weekend: relax the muscles.
It's good enough?
