Hello everyone
i have a question
is it true if your body weight is more you can lift more ?
actually consider two athletes one of them is 158lb the other one 190lb is it true the 190lb can lift more on bench press ??
if yes is there any resource for that

Not on bodyweight alone amongst average lifters or even necessarily gym rats. But in general, that's why there are weight classes in lifting sports. Cause, yes, someone in the heavyweight class who has trained themselves to be the top in the world will lift more than someone that weighs half as much and has trained to be the strongest in the world.
