You know, there is all sorts of articles out there that say soooo many different things that always contradict one another. For instance I think there's one article that states that the same routine is sometimes better because you are less likely to strain yourself therefore being injury free, which will enable you to obviously lift more. I've learned to just go by results, of others and especially myself. I'm naturally skinny and my metabolism goes 100mph. It has been so hard in the past for me to bulk, and trust me I've tried many of workouts. My last one was a random one by nathan underhill, who was a skinny guy like me who got big, but after a while I stopped feeling the burn and stayed the same and I even switched up the routines every now and then (like you talk about) and still nothing. HRT has finally enabled me to feel an amazing burn that just never stops. Hell, when I get out of the gym I'm dripping sweat and no other bulking workout does that. So I don't think you have to worry, and I'm certain with how dedicated Animal is with their workouts, they wouldn't just "wing it" and not do their research.

you ever try CousCous? got about the same amount of carbs. It's some weird rice-type food, but does the trick. Usually its near the rice in the grocery store. Looks like little multi colored pellets before you cook it. Takes less time than rice to cook and you can eat it raw (i.e. dry) much easier. My buddy got me into it. I use it to switch up from rice every now and then.

Uhm... I have no idea what you guys are talking about... Post says March 28th... I mean, really... You shouldn't be that carb depleted that you are seeing and imagining things... *LOL* As far as the announcement... I'm not sure who will be doing the announcement... It will either be Rage, myself, or someone he designates... But entries will not be considered after midnight March 27th...
*Nobody cared who I was, until I put on the mask*

I spend between 40-60 a week depending on the diet. I"m very very fortunate because I have a meat market right down the street and they cut me a deal since I buy so much. i'll usually buy about 7 lbs of grass fed lean ground beef from them. Then i drive the other way for a mile and I have a chicken slaughter house and they sell large farm fresh eggs for 1.40/dz and they sell me chicken breast from 1.99/lb so i usually get about 6 lbs for that. My wife eats a lot of chicken too. Then all i gotta do is stop by sams get my frozen broccolli and cream of rice and yams, and i'm set for the week!
