Wouldn't say it's overdoing it, but I'd switch a few things around. Mon: Chest/Tris, Tues: Back/Biceps, Wed: Shoulders/Legs, Abs 3x's a week. Thurs: Rest Fri: Chest or Legs again. Sat: Rest Sun: Full body. Then switch it up the next week. People have their own routine and what works for them. So try yours out and if it's workin, then keep doin it. Just don't get stuck workin out the same way over and over again.

Doing Chest/Bi's is perfectly fine as it allows you to work the bi's/tri's when they are completely fresh and not fatigued from the earlier exercises in a workout. However, if you are going to use a body part split it makes little sense to also have a full body day. With the routine you outlined you are working some of your upper body muscles 3 times in a one week assuming you are doing a press and a pull on your full body day. I'd make the decision to either do a full body 3 times a week routine or a body part split where you choose the frequency based on what's optimal for your own recovery ability.

To be honest if youre a beginner, youre better off sticking to a Starting Strength routine 3-4 times a week. Beginners can keep adding weight to their exercises like a mad man. This slpit will slow your potential gains down. Once you find it hard to add weight, then you go for these type of splits or something like 531/5x5

Doing a full body and then a split in the same week is probably not the best way to go about it.
Either do a full body routine 3x a week or if you perfer a split an upper/lower or push/pull can be good as well. If you're a beginner, as we don;t really know since you never mentioned your stats on the big 3, then frequency is better than volume.OG
