    supplements that actually build muscle

Hey so im looking at some sups other then whey and Creatine that have made big changes to your body? I need to see some more gains. The diet is at a large calorie surplus and I've been lifting heavy for 7 to 8 months. I want to see what sups have all helped to make you guys bigger! Any help!?

And a test booster is not possible, im 18 so my test is already at its highest levels,

    Thanks

If you have all those things covered for real then it just takes time man stay at it. U could try switching up your training routine if you don't have that covered as well already.

Everyone gets those beginner gains and plateaus off usually. I would try switching from the heavy weight for a while and change up the program. See how that works for the next few months.

If you aren't gaining weight then you aren't eating enough food... it really is that simple.

You may think you are in a calorie surplus but at your height and weight this isn't a complicated equation and the numbers don't lie.

The only supplement that will directly build muscle would be ones containing macronutrients.

    Protein supplements
    Carb supplements
    Fat supplements

If they help you get over your maintenance level. And you are training...muscle will be gained
