    does powder gatorade have electrolytes?

    does powdered gatorade have the same electrolytes as bottled?
    as far as Im aware its all dextrose.

    That's why Gatorade is considered a recovery drink to absorb more water and salt lost thru perspiration

    ahhhhh perhaps I shoulda googled "electrolytes", according to the label theres 100mg sodium per tbs.
