    How come I dont sweat a lot when lifting? srs

    I feel like my intensity is good enough and I mean I break a sweat but I see some guys that have their whole shirt wet with sweat and Im never like that. Do some people just sweat that much more? Or is it really an issue of intensity?

    just my own personal experience but when i'm going heavy and i'm really focused on my lifts i sweat like a maniac. if i'm being lazy and just doing the lifts to get my workout over with i'm perfectly fine so I would think its about intensity.

    Just make sure you're lifting the proper weight for your strength.

    Different people sweat different amounts, dude

    For me sometimes it's even psychological....if I know I'm going to have a high intensity workout, right away when I start (even if it's low intensity at first) I start sweating buckets

    I found when i first started lifting I didn't break much of a sweat and I had a hard time maintaining intensity even though I was lifting as heavy as I could. Nowadays, I have a good sweat on after the first couple sets.

    I only seem to sweat during squats, deadlifts, and any lifts where I do one arm/leg at a time. I sweat buckets when I'm doing single leg hamstring curls or leg extensions. But if I'm doing both legs at the same time I don't sweat at all. I have no idea why, because I'm still working a hard as I can regardless of whether I'm doing one or both.
