    KETO refeed questions

    hello when doing a refeed for keto (CDK) is it ok if i get my 300-400 g of carbs in one meal? i'm planning on hitting up an all you can eat sushi bar with my friends and rape everything i see.

    you can but you can only synthesise so much glycogen at any one time, are you keeping it low fat? if you include bit of fat then you can slow down apsorbtion rate, as will fiber i think.
    as you are already going to be consuming quite a lot in a small amount of time then you should b e ok, you may even benifit a few hours before the meal to have some carbs, like 50g as this will stimulate the liver to produce more glycogen branching enzymes(or at least from my understanding), this will increace the rate of glycogen synthesis.
