Never have I see so much hype over an exercise
And lol @ majority of people raving about them = look like they've never lifted
put 2 and 2 together.

mass building for what?
deadlifts will put mass on your lower back and hamstrings
I don't know about you but in terms of aesthetics, lower back and hamstrings aren't at the top of my list. If I had to rate a compound as the best exercise EVAR (which is stupid to begin with, you should be working everything out), I'd say pullups because lats are a damn big muscle and biceps are clutch.

wait wait wait, no ones raving about them wtf. If you deadlift, you deadlift. I've never experienced anyone brag about deads before. If anything i see a sht ton more of these deadlift hate threads than actual deadlift love threads(if there's any).
