WEIGHT: 138.3lbs 2 more weeks of mini-cutting!
OFF Day
Video of my new deadlift volume PR as well as what led to it coming sometime this week.
Thanks brotha! I am going to add 1 pulling and 1 forearm exercise towards the end of my leg days. We'll see if this does anything special over time, especially during my bulk!TEAM3DMJ (SoCal)

What's good brahs? I've been gone for a minute, but I am finally updating this journal again I have made a lot of changes to my goals, training, and diet since my last post. After being around a number of 3DMJ'ers here in SoCal, I have decided to compete in a pl meet come September of this year. This leads me to my current training and nutrition that will be my keys to success. I will be running waves of Brandon Lilly's Cube Method (10 week program) to bring up my big three lifts. This is a transition from PHAT, which was okay imo but not optimal for the meet. For my nutrition, I am doing a reverse diet right now and staying in the 137s The goal is to compete in the low 140s even though it will bring me in the 148 class. I will try to get the best coefficient instead of best in my class. So for now, I am doing the 2nd week of the 1st wave.
Lol I wish I would have responded more promptly! Sorry RyanTEAM3DMJ (SoCal)
