This past week was my 7th week (2nd cycle) on the program, and I am more than happy with my progress thus far. I have set some PRs for myself this week and will continue to do so in the near future.
PR's:
Benchpress: 175x1
Deadlift: 255x3
OHP:115x3
Squat: 190x3
*Benchpress seems to be the one with the least progress compared to the other three big lifts
Cardio 200KCAL/1x/MISS

Good afternoon fellow bb'ers,
A few updates on how I am doing so far:
Weight:129.3lbs
Macros:65/400/160
Workout: Wendler 5/3/1 Big But Boring
I extended my contract with Coach Brad for another 8 weeks . Just finished the deload and cardio for the week. I'm ready to pound some heavy weights again and set those weekly/monthly PR's. To be honest, I don't feel like posting up any progress pics since I havn't seen a radical change in my body so far. I'll try to be more patient with everything and let time take me along this journey I chose in life.
