    Red face need help..hows my deadlift training?

    start with
    80kg 1x3
    120kg 1x3
    140kg 1x3
    160kg 1x2
    180kg 1x1
    working 190kg 1x1

    is this too much warm ups?
    or too little reps for warm up?
    or working sets too little reps?

    am i doing this wrong?

    how u propose it to be?

    i made this up. Initially it was progressing from 130kgx1 till i hit 195kgx1 the most. Thats why i feel like it must be right...
    but i cant get tro this for almost half a year now. haha..so im thinking i must be doing it wrong.

    basic progression has been working for mine. I just pull every 4-5 days.

    DL day 1
    225x5
    275x3
    315x1
    355x5

    DL day 2
    225x5
    275x3
    315x1
    365x5

    DL day 3
    225x5
    275x5
    315x3
    375x5

    so forth til I stall then i'll proably do this

    etc

    OP look at sumthin like the Coan-Phillipi deadlift routine or the Magnusson/Ortmayer routine.

    I like doing several high rep warmup sets and gradually progress to lower rep range.

    I recommend doing a few sets of triples or so after you are done. Otherwise, your heavy volume is very low. Make sure they are heavy enough that it's tough but not impossible to get 3 on each set, and don't do touch and go reps.
    No longer powerlifting. Lifting history:

    Competition PR - 210kg/167.5kg/235kg (612.5kg total)
    All-time gym PR - 222.5kg/182.5kg/250kg
    Recent gym 1RM - 210kg/175kg/250kg
    (All lifts are raw - wrist/knee wraps and belt)
