My best in the gym is 575. I had more in me yesterday even though that was a touch high. When I hit 575 in the gym last summer, I hit 584 on the platform and 600 was my 3rd attempt. I gave it a good ride then, so I think it's actually a very realistic number this time around.
1708 total @220 Raw
Improve my total every time I step on the platform.

Photo in Avi is not current, I'm way fatter now.

I always want to do best on squat, then bench, then deadlift. Meet time, I actually do best on deadlift, bench, then squat. Sucks brah.
I don't care.

Eff yeah, especially if you're a grinder like me. I spend so much energy getting PRs on squat/bench that I'm wiped out by the time DLs come around. Case in point - My skills evaluation yesterday. 500lb (35lb PR) squat, 285lb bench (10lb PR), and 545 DL (-30lbs of my best lift). It's really frustrating because after pulling 525 for a relatively easy triple the week before 545 was a brutal grinder. *Shrug*

i generally do better on deads at meets simply bc the bar is so much better then what I use in training, so I can actually hold on to a deadlift lol

So tired from maxing out last night and I've been spending my entire morning cleaning. My dog decided to puke all over the apartment. He usually knows to atleast go to the kitchen where there is linoleum and puke but I guess he couldn't make it this time. It looked like he was puking logs of crap, it was disgusting. Good thing it didn't smell at all or I would have puked too. I shoulda taken pictures for lols. And of course after I cleaned the mess, put down some pet smell remover stuff, vacuumed and went to relax again, he puked again. I'm pretty sure I won't be getting my security deposit back now.
