sweet,how much do you pay? i paid 20 pounds (31 dollars) and ended up not even competing in 2011. I'm pretty lost when it comes to finding competitions in the UK though, I dont understand what regional qualifiers and what championships are and which ones I'm allowed to compete in, haha.

I think either 30 or 40$ (20 or 25 pounds). There are tons of meets roughly in my area from all sorts of different federations though. Really, the mid atlantic is very spoiled

I wanna pound some ass at this year's games. I want to work towards a 40+ open stone, 32 hwfd, 60' lwfd, 105' light hammer, 14' weight over bar and TURN A FREAKIN CABER

I've turned a 12 foot caber but that was just a baby. I really suck at everything else, so I'm not sure I will compete in June or not. I will probably just rest up and train for a meet in July.

I just found out USAPL memberships all expire on the new year. The ****?!

My last day off this week, bruhs. I start back to work at 1800 tomorrow, work 7 twelve hour shifts, then off for a week, then back to work for 1.75 days, then Powerlifting meet, then I start academy.

When you register it says that it goes till the end of the same calendar year unless you get it in November or December, then you go to the end of next calendar year. Sucked for the people who competed with us for the first time this past October because that sh!t expired in December.

I feel like I've lost 3 weeks of training, I don't think I've peaked well, I'm trying to lose a little weight, and although it was only like 6 pounds, now I feel like I'm a scrawny turd burglar. I'm kind of mind F'd atm.

I don't see myself as a 220. I need to pack on some weight in the coming months and fill out 242. I think ill be better off in the long run.

What part of AZ? I will have to vist you in AZ when I'm there. I'm going to be in Tucson for a couple days and Mesa for another couple days this weekend. It's going to be hard to fit my squat/bench session in while I'm there.
