Poop my planned deadlift opener of 355 didn't go as well as I would have hoped.
Edit: I could potentiomally have a 400 squat and 370 deadlift in the usapl. I need to fix something.I don't care.

My last day off this week, bruhs. I start back to work at 1800 tomorrow, work 7 twelve hour shifts, then off for a week, then back to work for 1.75 days, then Powerlifting meet, then I start academy.

When you register it says that it goes till the end of the same calendar year unless you get it in November or December, then you go to the end of next calendar year. Sucked for the people who competed with us for the first time this past October because that sh!t expired in December.

I feel like I've lost 3 weeks of training, I don't think I've peaked well, I'm trying to lose a little weight, and although it was only like 6 pounds, now I feel like I'm a scrawny turd burglar. I'm kind of mind F'd atm.
I don't see myself as a 220. I need to pack on some weight in the coming months and fill out 242. I think ill be better off in the long run.

What part of AZ? I will have to vist you in AZ when I'm there. I'm going to be in Tucson for a couple days and Mesa for another couple days this weekend. It's going to be hard to fit my squat/bench session in while I'm there.
