new pr but the spotters touched the bar so I can't count it. I didn't stop the fuking movement and they grabbed it/rant. anybody have any form criticisms or anything? thanks

anyone got any good idea for making blocks to pull off of?
i was thinkin 4x6 pieces, and then two thin pieces underneath to change the height in like 1 in incrementsbest lifts

I used little chunks/strips of foam interlocking mats. However, if you don't have access to those, you could probably use anything. You could probably just throw some little chunks of wood in there.
I also duck taped two other 1.5" thick phone books to put underneath in case I wanted my blocks to be higher.
