I just ended my road trip to Tucson by puking up my BK bacon cheese burgers and one quart of chocolate milk. WTF BK? Making me sick and losing all that delicious chocolate milk I had just finished. This is boding well for an early training session on Sunday.
I wish I enjoyed sushi so I could go to all you can eat sushi and get my bulk on. Orange County, CA has the worst buffets or more to the point basically non-existent buffets besides different types of Asian food buffets.Total's = Jan. 2012 - 1036 @ 198's

Left hand is possibly my new favorite brewing company.
I would highly recommend Sigs, but they don't make much that's good for concealed carry IMO (more on this in a sec). I have a P226 Equinox, and with the Equinox grips it is almost too wide for me. With stock 226 grips its a little nicer, but all of their guns are pretty wide. There are some other models (220 models, maybe some 1911's) that might be good that I haven't looked at. I looked at a vid of the 938 and it looks awesome for a gal your size, but it is only available in 9 mm and only holds 6+1. If I'm going to limit myself to 6ish rounds I'm packing a ruger/S&W small frame .357.Best Meet Lifts:

My father has a .308 S&W bodyguard for concealed carry.

Somebody buy a brand new inzer medium lever 13mm forever belt from me. $60 shipped, it's usually $100ish shipped from inzer. I expect 100 PMs with people wanting to buy.

I'm 5'7 and currently 204-206 in the mornings and 208-210 before bed. I'd be getting sloppy at around 220. I still have abs at my current weight and carry a fair amount of muscle at 208-210 (not bragging). I'll be 28 in April. It's taken me quite a while to accumulate the muscle that I have. I was a fair amount softer when I was 208ish in college.
LAM, I would just take your time. You're still young so getting stronger and putting on muscle will be much easier than a guy my age. Don't rush stuff by stuffing yourself and just getting fat. You'll more than likely need another 10-12 years to get to 220 without being sloppy unless you go another route.
As a sophomore in high school (15-16 years old) I was about 155. My junior year I might have put on 5lbs. By the end of my senior year I had gotten up to 170-175.1708 total @220 Raw
Improve my total every time I step on the platform.
Being a male is a matter of birth. However, being a "man" is a matter of choice.
Photo in Avi is not current, I'm way fatter now.

Saw Stig's walkout vid.....it seems the weight was a tad too heavy, instead of blaming the gym lower the weight.

Just curious, why do you suggest this? I've put on 50lbs+ in the last 8 months and I have almost doubled every single one of my lifts, literally. I don't think I would have been able to make such fast progress if I took the slow and steady approach. Is it your argument that it actually takes longer to "get sloppy" and then slowly diet it off as compared to being strict(er) the entire time? Or do you just not like the idea of being fat?

I've gained 11lbs for the past 10 years while staying the same height 120------230
Obviously some of the years were more like 50 and some of the years I lost weight but you just gotta go with whatever pace your body wants771/645/622 Single Ply
