i carried two grocery bags in today after getting home from shopping. one was much heavier than the other and now my back hurts. took 2 muscle relaxers and see if that'll do anything. hopefully it will. point being; cant deadlift even if i go sumo. this just convinced me that i cant pull anymore.

i could bench. but, thats going to be scary considering i got released from my torn RC injury 3 weeks ago. more mental than anything. no one likes bench only guys though =[

Unfortunately, you start to get used to it as you get older. I'm still shocked when I hear about someone I know dying, but the older we all get, the less shocking and the more frequent it becomes.

Yeah. To be honest, it doesn't affect me much but, I'm feeling pretty ****ty for the rest of my friends that were close with her. Gonna be rough for my best bud's wife who was her best friend.
